Adrienne showed artistic promise even as a child. She enrolled in Kennesaw State University's Adult Continuing Education Art courses at the age of eight and never looked back. Her interest in painting and drawing was peaked further when she focused on her skills while attending high school. Under the watchful eye of a very dedicated instructor, her talent flourished.
During college, she apprenticed Mike Shepard, a master muralist and decorative painter. Her initial travels took her throughout the southeast. She also founded an internship program with the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art and KSU.
For two years she was the sole understudy to Internationally acclaimed artist Ford Smith and traveled to the New York Art Expo to represent his works.
Adrienne traveled to Europe in 2001. Spending the summer in Paris, Lausanne, Florence, and Rome. She ventured out on a self guided study in art, architecture, design, and history.
After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a B.A. in the Arts, she sought a creative outlet and a future career path. Adrienne began a productive career in the interior design field, working for national and local design firms.
Adrienne has over twenty years of design and artistic painting experience. Her works can be found internationally. She works on both residential and commercial projects.
In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys hunter/jumper horseback riding, painting, music, gardening, and traveling with her husband, professional musician, Mike Rodden.
